THE SUPPLY OF THE ISOLATORS FOR THE TABLON ALTO VIADUCT ON THE RUMICHACA-PASTO HIGHWAY IN COLOMBIA
The supply of 112 HDRB isolators for the TABLON ALTO Viaduct, part of the Rumichaca-Pasto highway in Colombia, was successfully completed. This is the same project for which FPC ITALIA supplied the pot bearings with anti-lifting system, rubber bearings and spherical bearings with special sliding material ISOGLIDE.

FPC ITALIA, in cooperation with Freyssinet UK, completed the supply of the shock transmitter ISOSISM type STU for the retrofitting of the old existing iron rail bridge crossing Don river located in Scotland.

ISOSISMREHABILITATION OF THE ROAD N. 1 PIURA - GUAYAQUIL - PERU - ECUADOR PICHICHACO BRIDGE
FPC ITALIA, in cooperation with Freyssinet Tierra Armada Perú, has supplied 84 lead-rubber isolators type LRB diameter 600 mm for the bridge called PICHICHACO, located in Piura region in province of Sullana and belonging to the National Road PE 1N.

NEW JAPEK HIGHWAY, INDONESIA - SEISMIC EXPANSION JOINTS TYPE ISOSISM SFX
After supplying the seismic devices type LRB with lead core for the construction of the new highway Jakarta-Cikampek (JaPek), FPC Italia with the co.operation of PT Freyssinet Indonesia has even got the order for the supply of seismic expansion joints type ISOSISM SFX.

During the month of February 2019, FPC Italia signed an agreement with PARESA (www.paresa.it), international leader for the construction of tank farms, for the supply of seismic protection devices to be installed among the pillars and the upper structures of two liquefied natural gas tanks of 10.000 mc capacity each, located in the industrial area of Porto Corsini in Ravenna, first coast liquefied natural gas storage (LNG).

ISOSISMTHE FIRST HOSPITAL IN CHILE IS A SYNERGY SUCCESS!
FPC ITALIA, in cooperation with FREYSSINET CHILE, has completed in record time (just 3 and a half months), the supply of 154 isolators type LRB for the new building of the provincial Hospital of Curicó. Since the previous awarded supplier was not able to overcome the severe tests required by the designer’s technical specifications and the Chilean standard, Freyssinet was requested by the customer to intervene urgently to replace them.

ISOSISMSEISMIC ISOLATORS OF THE 'LEGA DEL FILO D'ORO' HEADQUARTER
The supply of the high damping rubber bearings type HDRB according to the European Standard EN15129 for the seismic protection of the new headquarter in Osimo of the LEGA DEL FILO D’ORO (Charity Association helping deaf and blind persons) has been completed, after the successful execution of the type and routine tests. The routine tests have been performed at our improved ISOLAB laboratory which has obtained the ISO 9001 certification and has been recognized as official certified laboratory according to European Standard EN15129.
ISOSISMISOSISM LRB for LRT Project Jakarta, Indonesia
The synergy among FPC Italia, Freyssinet Total Indonesia and Freyssinet TD scored a great success for the seismic isolation of the Light Rail Train Project in Jakarta, Indonesia. The technical support provided to the local main contractor PT Adhi Karya and the French Consultant SISTRA, to define the best solution for limiting the maximum horizontal force transmitted to the foundation, has played a significant role in the choice of ISOSISM LRB isolators.

FPC ITALIA is completing the supply to FREYSAS of the bearings equipped with seismic damping devices at high hysteresis. Thanks to these two important projects, Freyssinet has got the CE certification for ISOSISM® Displacement Dependent Devices (type DDD according to the standard EN 15129). The Alibeyköy and Kagithane viaducts are part of the new Istanbul metro line.
