FIRST SPHERICAL BEARINGS WITH SPECIAL SLIDING MATERIAL INSTALLED IN ITALY
During April 2018, the site division of FPC ITALIA performed the lifting of the new railway viaduct in Serravalle Scrivia (AL) for the replacement of the temporary rubber bearings with the definitive spherical bearings type Tetron SB with ISOGLIDE®. This is the first supply of the bearings with the special sliding material, designed by FPC ITALIA Technical Dept., manufactured and installed in Italy.

After the first phase of activities for the rehabilitation, strengthening and replacement of the damaged joints on the viaduct at km 31+610 of the county road 30 “DI VALLE BORMIDA” in the Acqui Terme municipality, FPC Italia has been appointed by the local authority “Provincia di Alessandria” to make the viaduct safe with a second stage of works.

The works for rehabilitation, strengthening and replacement of the damaged joint on the viaduct at km 31+610 of the county road 30 “DI VALLE BORMIDA” in the Acqui Terme municipality have been officially started.
