REHABILITATION AND STRENGTHENING OF THE VIADUCT ON THE COUNTY ROAD 30 IN ACQUI TERME WITH FOREVA SOLUTIONS
The works for rehabilitation, strengthening
and replacement of the damaged joint on the viaduct at km 31+610 of the
county road 30 “DI VALLE BORMIDA” in the Acqui Terme municipality have
been officially started.
It is the first phase of the viaduct maintenance in which the old piers joints will be replaced by rubber-steel Algaflex joints, moreover all slab ends including the slab soffit till the transverse beams and the whole Pier 1 shall be rehabilitated. The peculiarity of the intervention is related to the strengthening through the application of dry shotcrete.
The works will last approximately two months and will be carried out in cooperation with Freyssinet France South East colleagues, specialized in the FOREVA solutions.
