WORLD CONFERENCE ON SEISMIC ISOLATION
In Turin, from 11th to 15th
September 2022, ANIDIS (Associazione Nazionale di Ingegneria Sismica) and
ASSISi Association (Anti-Seismic Systems International Society) will organize
a conference to promote a critical confrontation between researchers and
professionals in the construction sector through their respective Conferences
(XIX ANIDIS Conference and XVII Assisi Conference) which for the first
time will take place in a combined and coordinated form.
The conference comprises presentation and discussion sessions. First of all, the state of knowledge will be examined in light of the lessons learned from recent major earthquakes. Discussion on the design and improvement of new and existing structures and infrastructures, implementation in engineering practice and new research to develop and adopt new civil / structural technologies and modeling tools will be promoted.
