Production of steel devices

Some images relating to the "in-house" production of steel devices.

We are talking about Tetron SB spherical bearings for the Rail Rabat bridge of the Casablanca railway line.

Bearings designed with vertical loads ranging from 6000 to 26000 kN, horizontal loads over 3000 kN and movement over 200 mm.

And we are also talking about Tetron CD bearings (encapsulated elastomeric disc type) for the Abo Tieg bridge over the Nile.

These bearings have been designed with vertical loads over 40000kN, horizontal loads over 2700kN and movement over 300mm.

The projects were acquired in collaboration with Freyssima Morocco and Menard Freyssinet Egypt.
