Autocisa Taro 1 viaduct

Following information collected over the years and after a timely inspection carried out at the end of last year, together with the highway manager we have defined a global maintenance intervention aimed at restoring the correct functioning of the bearings and anti-seismic restraints.

The intervention in progress consists in restoring the planarity of the upper sliding plates and replacing them where necessary for all the bearings, in addition to the complete restoration of the anticorrosive protection, flashing cover replacement, application of new identification labels of both the bearings and the retainers.
The intervention on the bearings involves lifting on a single pile or simultaneous on multiple piles, adopting a synchronized lift system equipped with electronic control of movements and pressures.
In order to optimize movement and facilitate access to the pulvins of the piles, a system of mobile suspended scaffolding was installed that allows simultaneous access to three piles at a time directly from the roadway.
